From Blue Ridge Parkway
Exit at Little Switzerland (milepost 334) Go to 2nd stop sign. Turn right onto 226A. Alpine Inn is approx one mile on 226A.
From I-40 (Westbound)
Exit at the Marion/Spruce Pine exit (exit 86). Turn right onto 221/226, heading North. At the 4th traffic light (approx. 10 miles), turn left onto 226N. Go one mile, and turn right to continue on 226 N. Go approx. 5 miles to the top of the mountain, and turn left onto 226A towards Little Switzerland. Alpine Inn is 4 miles down on 226A, one mile past downtown Little Switzerland.
